- An iPhone on iOS 26+. Feal is built on the newest iOS and won't install on anything earlier. To check, open Settings → General → Software Update and install iOS 26 if it's waiting there. If your iPhone can't update to iOS 26, it won't be able to run the beta.
- The TestFlight app. Apple's own app for trying pre-release software, free on the App Store. The beta installs and updates through it.
You're invited to try Feal
A quiet place to honor your emotions.
How to joinA calm place to notice what you're feeling
Drag the compass toward what you're feeling, sit with what it might be telling you, and let it go. One fluid motion, nothing else. No streaks, no charts, no scores. Emotions treated as messengers, not data.

Those looking to build their emotional awareness, and those who already value it but drift from the practice. If either sounds like you, your read would be especially valuable, but anyone's perspective on how it comes across is welcome.
Live with it for a week
It's still rough in places. That's the point of the test. Open it when you actually feel something: aim for six or seven quick check-ins across the week, thirty to sixty seconds each. No schedule, no homework, nothing to keep up. At the end of the week there's one short reflection that takes about five minutes.
Two things, both free
Three steps
- Send me your email address. The button below opens a message, or just message me if that's easier. The TestFlight invite goes to that address, and it's also how I know which feedback is yours.
- Install TestFlight from the App Store while you wait. Invites usually go out the same day.
- Open the invite email on your iPhone and tap View in TestFlight, then Accept and Install. Feal lands on your home screen like any other app, and updates arrive on their own through TestFlight.
No account. No ads. Your entries stay on your device, and the only thing measured is anonymous.
How Feal handles privacyIf something stands out, send it
Good or bad, take a screenshot while you're in the app, tap the preview that appears, and choose Share Beta Feedback. You can scribble on it and add a line about what felt off, or what landed. That, plus the short reflection at the end of the week, is everything.
One five-minute reflection
When your week wraps up, this short form is the most useful thing you can give me. It takes five minutes, no more.
